Charity Christmas Card Packs

How much will be donated to Amigos?

For every pack of cards sold a minimum of £4 will be donated to Amigos, that’s 50 pence per card.

Are you offering any discounts?

If you purchase 3 or more packs you will receive an automatic discount of 10% on your whole order. This discount applies only to Christmas Card packs. If you wish to purchase a large number of packs then please contact and request a specific quote.

When will I receive my Christmas Cards?

All of our Christmas Card Packs are currently only available on a pre-order basis. Orders will close on Friday 5 November at midnight. All orders will be processed and dispatched to you by Monday 15 November.

How will my Christmas Cards be delivered?

All of our Christmas Cards will be sent using Royal Mail. The price includes a second class service. It is possible to upgrade at checkout. Our Christmas Cards will also be available for collection from Amigos in Barnstaple. No discount will be added but the saving on postage will be added as an additional donation to Amigos.

Is there a message inside?

These greetings cards are all blank. There is no message inside.

Do they include envelopes?

Yes, we provide good quality envelopes that are made from 100% recycled content.

Do you offer personalisation?

Currently no personalisation is available.

How will you send my cards?

All of our cards are sent with Royal Mail. A variety of Royal Mail postage options are available at checkout for you to select. If you spend over £10 we offer a free second class delivery of your purchases with upgrade options available. At present there are no alternative postage options available.

Are your cards and envelopes environmentally friendly?

Yes! All of our cards have been printed on paper from sustainable forests and can be recycled. We have not applied any lamination processes. The envelopes provided are made from 100% recycled paper.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

Yes! We have produced our packaging on paper from sustainable forests and this can be recycled. We have not applied any lamination processes. The tissue paper is acid free and can be recycled.

How do I recycle the sugarcane packaging?

The sugarcane packaging can generally be recycled through your kerbside collection. Check your local collection service includes LDPE 4 – similar examples include bread bags and freezer bags.


How do I place an order?

Add your selected cards to the basket. Any promotional discounts will be applied at checkout. You can also select your postage option at checkout. You will need to create an account in order to complete your order.

Does the image accurately represent what I will be sent?

The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

How do I get the 5 for £12 offer?

Simply add five cards to your basket and the discount will be applied on checkout.

What if I’ve made a mistake on my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible using our email: If we are able to we will rectify your mistake.

How do I cancel?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible using our email: If your order has not yet been dispatched we will organise a cancellation for you. If your order has been dispatched then you can return the items to us for a full refund.


Can you deliver direct to the recipient?

We can deliver the cards to the address you provide, however we recommend that as these cards are blank that you have them delivered directly to you.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receiving the order. Delivery will depend on the chosen delivery method, our standard delivery option is 2nd class mail and should arrive with you within 2–3 working days from sending.

How do I track my order?

We will update you via email and your account to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If you select a tracked service we will also provide tracking details.

How much will delivery cost?

Second class royal mail service is free of charge where you spend over £10. You are able to upgrade this service at checkout.

Can you deliver internationally?

At present we are only offering delivery in the UK.


What is your returns policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a full refund. Please contact and we will assist you with your return. Please note, if the cards are not faulty or damaged you will be required to cover the return postage cost.
